  • Introduction

    Introduction to the Major

    The Major in Service, Production and Logistics aims at training highly qualified managers, who can actively cope with the swiftly changing business environment, logistics and e-business. Students are not only acquiring professional knowledge on production and logistics, based on traditional fields such as finance, marketing, strategies, personnel structure, and business administrative information, but also establishing a new direction for modern business administration to move toward. This major provides the opportunity to acquire practical business administration in pursuit of effectiveness and efficiency of commercial management.

    Educational purposes

    1. Training right-minded business administrators who can lead in today’s high-tech workplace and who have an entrepreneurial mindset matched by a commitment to corporate social responsibility.
    2. Training competent business administrators who can solve a range of business administration problems using professional knowledge of business administration and utilizing information technology
    3. Training practical business administrators who are able to readily draw on their professional knowledge of business administration through practice-based education experience
    4. Training creative business administrators who are able to understand cultural and linguistic distinctions and aim to create new international cooperative business ventures
    5. Training dedicated business administrators who are able to perceive their obligations as members of the local, national and global communities and as a consequence fulfill their contribution to the prosperity of business and society social responsibility
