Personality tests and counseling techniques required in the military and police fields are organized in a program class format that makes it easy to understand, so students can easily apply them to their workplace when needed, after taking the subject, allowing them to experience competence and satisfaction as a beginning counseling expert. In addition to the regular curriculum, there are online certification classes for practical exams in major counseling fields, including the regular curriculum, to actively assist current students and graduates in obtaining a certificate in the field of counseling. This certificate can be especially useful to those seeking a job change.

In addition, for students who find studying difficult due to the nature of their jobs, additional courses are offered such as parent-child education and couple/family counseling to promote healthy relationships and contentment of children and spouses. There are additional scholarships for students as well as their family members if spouse or children are admitted.

The department is dedicated to producing counseling experts in the military and police, and support for job change by training professional counselors for military service life, victim counselors in the police field, and youth counselors and youth leaders. The department also provides additional special online courses for national certificates including for youth counselor, youth instructor, clinical psychologist, etc., and private certificates for a military counselor, victim counselor, counseling psychologist, etc.) and written test subjects for various certifications.(This certificate will be converted to a private certificate in 2023)
