Cybersecurity refers to general activities of protecting computers and network data from malicious electronic attacks, and it is an area where social interest and a necessity for information protection, hacking, and business security are increasing together with the rapidly changing IT field. The Cyber Security Department at Hanyang Cyber University aims to cultivate hacking and security-related capabilities that students related to military and police organizations actually need and can apply to recent field environments. Through systematic education on prevention and defense against various crimes in cyberspace, we will be able to equip students with the essential capabilities of experts with the combined technical and social engineering capabilities of next-generation security experts.
