About the Department of Social Welfare

Based on a common understanding of social welfare, the Department of Social Welfare has a curriculum that was designed to offer courses with tracks directly related to fields such as social welfare facility management, social welfare service, and social welfare counseling. Through these training courses for each track, students can develop experts in their field.

In fact, by just completing courses at the department for their bachelor's degree in Social Welfare, students can also gain a Social Worker Level 2 certification. If you graduate from a Department of Social Welfare and meet the completion criteria, you can be issued level two social worker certification. This is a requirement for taking the nationally accredited level 1 social worker exam.
