In response to the rapidly changing business environment in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, demand for creative leaders who will lead corporate innovation with advanced knowledge and information technologies skills including artificial intelligence (AI) is increasing. Therefore, the Department of Management Information and AI Business at Hanyang Cyber University created a curriculum that focuses on AI, the core technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution, consisting of subjects related to management, information, and systems. The department strives to train experts with practical skills as future professionals in the field.

Since the establishment of the department, faculty members have been helping students develop career plans for after graduation. Guidance given includes information and support for obtaining certificates and admission to graduate school at home or abroad.

The curriculum of the Department of Management Information and AI Business includes a Basic Track, General Management Track - where students can systematically learn about overall business administration - Certificate Track for obtaining various certificates, and Data Science Track to acquire micro-degrees.

The Basic Track is further divided into Basic Management, Basic Major, Intensive Major, General Management, and graduation courses, allowing students to learn step-by-step according to their own pace and level. This enables students to deepen their knowledge and improve their macroscopic view and capabilities. The department prides itself on providing solid, professional courses management education that is helping students gain the practical and creative skills they need to fully prepare them to excel in the field of management information.
