Educational Objective

The Department of Advertising & Media at Hanyang Cyber University aims to cultivate global-level experts who can plan and produce advertising, public relations, video, and broadcasting contents in the advertising and media industries, (core industries of the 4th Industrial Revolution). In order to respond to recent changes in the industry, the Department of Advertising Media changed its name from the Department of Media “and Video Creation? to its current one. Moreover, the curriculum has been updated to incorporate social media, SNS, single-person broadcasting creation, big data, drones, and augmented reality/virtual reality (AR/VR) to provide programs and field trips for hands-on practice.
