Student Identity Card Issuance
Our university operates the <Mobile Student Identity Card> service for convenience among students.
“The international Student Identity Card makes available more than 150,000 student benefits around the globe."
The International Student Identity Card is useful for students who intend to study or travel abroad. Students holding this identity card are eligible for a variety of benefits such as discounts for air ticket/transportation/accommodation/exchange, financial service/insurance, free entrance or discount for local museums, remains, cultural heritages, and many other facilities.
Term of validity
- The ISIC term of validity is 13 months from issuance (e.g.: If it was issued in March, the IC is valid until the end of March of the following year)
Issuance and receipt
- ① Hanyang Cyber University(Login) → (Left vertical menu)Shortcut → Student Services → International Student ID' for online application registration
- ② Select a payment method and pay the fee * International student card fee: 17,000 won (registered mail is free)
- ③ Mail delivery will be made to the address listed on the International Student ID card application (takes 3–4 days) * Call if you wish to receive it on the day of application 02-733-9393
Issuance
- Apply for the International Student Identity CardLog on to the university website → Hansadaero → Shortcut (at the right bottom) → International Student Identity Card → Fill out the request form
- Select the typeSelect from Domestic Student / Foreign Student / Validity Term Renewal. Then the screen will appear automatically.
- InformationEnter details and click [Apply] at the bottom
- PaymentSelect the payment method and pay for the fee
※ Fee for the International Student Identity Card: 17,000 won (free for registered mail) - Post ReceiptThe mail will be sent to the address indicated in the identity card request form (It takes about 3 to 4 days)
